Position: Family Medicine Physician
Location: Kennewick, Washington
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year + benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will provide primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate is a dedicated clinician with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care, including physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Manage both acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Perform preventive care services, health screenings, and wellness visits.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and healthy practices.
  • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in Washington.
  • DEA certification.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in outpatient settings preferred.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension).
  • Skilled in preventive medicine and health promotion.
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
