Position: Family Medicine Physician
Location: Yuma, Arizona
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, including patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
  • Provide preventive care services, such as health screenings, immunizations, and wellness counseling.
  • Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-focused care.
  • Use evidence-based practices to manage chronic diseases and promote overall wellness.
  • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to accurately document patient visits, treatment plans, and progress.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
  • Current and unrestricted Arizona medical license.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine.
  • Completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (required)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Family Practitioner
  • Exceptional counseling, listening, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A compassionate approach that puts patients at ease
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
