Position: Family Medicine Physician
Location: Roseville, California
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year + benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to individuals and families across all stages of life. You will manage a variety of medical conditions, perform preventative care, and develop long-term relationships with patients. This role provides an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of your community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams and review patient medical histories
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Offer preventive care, including immunizations, screenings, and health education
  • Develop and manage personalized treatment plans
  • Provide patient education on lifestyle changes, disease prevention, and health maintenance
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Participate in on-call rotations

Qualifications:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in California
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience in family medicine
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide patient-centered care with a focus on the whole person
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • BLS/ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
