Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Opportunity

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• Patient Volume: 20–25 patients per day
• Setting: 100% outpatient – no hospital follow-ups, no after-hours or on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-spectrum primary care, including wellness visits, acute care, and employer-related medical evaluations
• Conduct patient assessments in specialty-adjacent areas such as Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Sleep Medicine, and Pain Management
• Focus solely on patient care with the support of experienced medical assistants and scribes handling documentation, vitals, and testing

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree: MD or DO
• Board Certification: Family Medicine
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted California medical license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Options: $300,000 annually or $125/hour (1099)
• Bonus Potential: Annual earnings up to $300,000 based on productivity
