Family Medicine Physician – Exceptional Opportunity in Illinois

Salary: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide care for patients of all ages in a modern facility with state-of-the-art technology and robust clinical support.
  • Perform minor procedures, including suturing, wound care, splinting, and abscess drainage, as required.
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging (X-rays, ultrasound), to ensure proper diagnosis and treatment.
  • Join a multidisciplinary team including advanced practice providers, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators.
  • Document patient visits in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policie
  • Provide emergency care in situations such as asthma attacks, allergic reactions, and fractures, when necessary.
  • Collaborate and mentor clinical support staff, including physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants, to foster a strong team environment.
  • Assist with clinic operations, including patient flow, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for all patients.

Requirements:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Prior experience in an urgent care setting is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
