Salary: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care to a diverse patient panel
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, perform routine check-ups and preventative screenings
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families in a continuity care model
• Collaborate with specialists, behavioral health professionals, and care coordinators to ensure integrated care
• Use state-of-the-art EMR systems to document and coordinate care effectively
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health outreach (optional)

Requirements:

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice medicine in the state of Florida
• Committed to providing inclusive, equitable care to patients from all backgrounds
• Skilled in communication and patient education
