Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
• Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management and health coaching
• Lead preventive care and wellness education
• Collaborate with an integrated care team—including behavioral health, nutrition, care coordinators, and specialists
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health projects
• Leverage a modern, user-friendly EHR for streamlined charting

Requirements:

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Family Medicine (or Board Eligible)
• Licensed to practice in California (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Passion for primary care, prevention, and continuity of care
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Cultural humility and a deep respect for patient diversity
• Experience in community or underserved settings is highly valued
