Hiring! Full-time Family Medicine Physician – Redefine Community Care
Location: Columbus, Georgia

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, managing a wide range of conditions and promoting wellness across the lifespan. You will work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a strong focus on preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to practice family medicine in a hospital setting, with access to advanced medical technology and resources.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits
Job Duties:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adults, and seniors.
- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough physical exams, medical histories, and assessments.
- Develop, implement, and manage patient care plans, including preventive care and health maintenance.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and patient needs.
- Provide health education and counseling on lifestyle modifications, disease prevention, and health promotion.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and allied health staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Current, active, and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Georgia.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in family medicine, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
