Hiring! Full-time Family Medicine Physician – Redefine Community Care

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a dedicated, board-certified (or board-eligible) Family Medicine Physician to join our team of compassionate, skilled providers. Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

  • Deliver primary care services to patients across all life stages, including diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention.
  • Provide continuity of care through hospital admissions, follow-ups, and outpatient consultations.
  • Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, quality care.
  • Support population health initiatives and participate in hospital-wide quality improvement programs.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely medical documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategies.

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
  • DEA license and BLS/ACLS certifications (as applicable).
  • Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach to care.
  • Passion for serving diverse populations and fostering long-term patient relationships.
