Job Title: Full-Time Family Medicine Physician – Inpatient/Outpatient Hybrid (Oregon)
Location: Eugene, Oregon

As we expand our primary care network within our hospital system, we’re seeking a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join our team in a hybrid inpatient-outpatient model that truly reflects the full spectrum of family practice.
As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll provide compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages—from newborns to seniors—across both outpatient clinics and inpatient settings (if desired). You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and bring whole-person care to the forefront.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits
Job Duties:
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in patients across the lifespan
- Perform well-child visits, annual exams, prenatal care (if applicable), and preventive screenings
- Manage continuity of care through coordination with specialists, behavioral health, and hospitalists
- Round on admitted patients or participate in shared inpatient call rotation
- Work closely with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), nurses, care coordinators, and social workers
- Participate in clinical case reviews and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic EMR
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and medical standards of practice
- Engage with patients, families, and the wider community to promote education and wellness
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Family Medicine
- Oregon medical license (or eligible to obtain)
- DEA registration with the Controlled Substances Authority
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Experience in a hospital-affiliated clinic or rural setting
- Spanish or bilingual skills are a plus
