Job Title: Full-Time Family Medicine Physician – Inpatient/Outpatient Hybrid (Arizona )

Location: Phoenix , Arizona

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide holistic, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages in a hospital-based family practice model. The ideal candidate is a compassionate clinician who values team-based care and has a strong foundation in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute care services.

As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll provide compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages—from newborns to seniors—across both outpatient clinics and inpatient settings (if desired). You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and bring whole-person care to the forefront.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Perform health screenings, routine physical exams, immunizations, and chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma).
  • Diagnose and treat common illnesses, infections, and minor injuries.
  • Coordinate with specialists, hospitalists, and care management teams for continuity of care.
  • Utilize evidence-based guidelines to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and families about wellness, lifestyle changes, and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our Electronic Health Records system (EHR).
  • Participate in quality assurance programs, clinical team meetings, and mentoring initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Board Certification (or Board Eligibility) in Family Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA registration with full prescribing authority
  • Prior experience in a hospital or integrated healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
