Job Title: Full-Time Family Medicine Physician – Full-Time | Outpatient

Location: Erie , Pennsylvania

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive, longitudinal care to individuals and families, emphasizing prevention, wellness, and evidence-based medicine. You’ll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with access to specialists, behavioral health providers, social workers, and care coordinators.

Job Duties:

• Deliver full-spectrum outpatient care to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide preventive care and patient education to promote long-term health.
• Coordinate care with clinical support staff and fellow providers.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and EMR-based workflows.
• Optional: Include inpatient rounding, OB care, or telehealth services, based on preference.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active or eligible for unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
• Passion for providing compassionate, community-focused care.
