Family Medicine Doctor

Job Title: Family Physician | Arizona

Location: San Tan Valley, Arizona

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:
As a Family Physician, you will provide comprehensive primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, health education, and preventive care to a diverse patient population. You'll work closely with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care.

Job Duties:

• Provide routine and preventive care, health screenings, and chronic disease management
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across all ages
• Perform minor procedures, order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using EMR
• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans
• Educate patients and families on wellness and disease prevention
• Collaborate with other providers to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license (or eligible to obtain)
• DEA license and current BLS/ACLS certification
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
