Looking for Gastroenterologist at Vitality Rehab Care Center

We are looking for a dedicated Gastroenterologist to diagnose and treat gastrointestinal conditions and perform endoscopic procedures. The candidate will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Salary: $300K to $400K a year
Expected Hours: 24 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient consultations and physical exams
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests for gastrointestinal issues
  • Create and implement treatment plans for patients with digestive disorders
  • Conduct endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies and upper endoscopies
  • Collaborate with other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Stay updated on gastroenterology advancements through continuing education

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Gastroenterology (required)
  • Proven experience diagnosing and treating various gastrointestinal conditions
  • Skilled in performing endoscopic procedures
  • Strong communication skills for effective patient and colleague interaction
  • Familiarity with related specialties, including Urology, Diagnostic Radiology, Medical-Surgical, Nuclear Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Hospice Palliative Medicine
