Full-time Internist Needed at Medical Office in Rochester, MN

Health Wellness Clinic is seeking an experienced internist for a full-time opportunity for its outpatient and healthcare unit. This is a retail medicine clinic where the ideal candidate will be passionate about practice-building and creating convenient access to care.

Work Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Shift-based schedule and consistent hours

• Virtual/telemedicine visits expected

Salary:

$300,000 and $400,000 per year base salary DOE plus bonus and full benefits + paid malpractice

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis and treatment of diseases, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
• Develop and manage treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide the best possible care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Educate patients about their health and treatment options.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Valid and unrestricted MD license in the state of practice
• 3+ years of experience in internal medicine
• Excellent clinical skills and a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
