Full-time Internist Needed at Medical Office in Hempstead town, NY
Hopeful Hearts MD is seeking an experienced internist for a full-time opportunity for its outpatient and healthcare unit. This is a retail medicine clinic where the ideal candidate will be passionate about practice-building and creating convenient access to care.

Work Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Shift-based schedule and consistent hours
- Virtual/telemedicine visits expected
Salary:
$300,000 and $400,000 per year base salary DOE plus bonus and full benefits + paid malpractice

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis and treatment of diseases, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
- Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
- Develop and manage treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide the best possible care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Educate patients about their health and treatment options.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted MD license in the state of practice
- 3+ years of experience in internal medicine
- Excellent clinical skills and a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
