We are seeking a full-time experienced and compassionate Primary Care Physician specializing in Internal Medicine to provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients.

As a dedicated internist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of health conditions, while building strong patient-provider relationships and promoting overall wellness.

Salary: $170,000 to $310,000 yearly

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position with a standard workweek of 40 hours.
  • Monday to Friday schedule with flexible hours.
  • Occasional weekend shifts may be required.
  • On-call duties may be assigned on a rotational basis.
  • Availability for evening clinics or extended hours may be necessary.
  • Opportunities for part-time or flexible working arrangements may be available.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests, to diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Develop evidence-based treatment plans for a variety of medical issues, considering the patient's medical history, current health status, and best clinical practices.
  • Manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and respiratory conditions, focusing on preventive measures and long-term health management.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, adjust dosages as needed, and educate patients on medication regimens, potential side effects, and interactions.
  • Provide preventive care and health education to patients, emphasizing lifestyle changes, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Interpret and analyze diagnostic test results, such as lab work, imaging, and EKGs, to guide treatment decisions.
  • Educate patients about their medical conditions, treatment options, and self-management techniques to empower them to actively participate in their healthcare journey.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine.
  • Active state medical license in good standing.
  • Completed residency training in Internal Medicine.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in internal medicine practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and critical thinking skills.
