Full-time Internal Medicine Physician Needed at TRU care OPD clinic in Dallas, TX

Seeking a full-time Internal Medicine physician? This is your chance! TRU care OPD clinic is a multi-specialty medical group practice comprised of over 500 physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants that partner with other Health Network.

It supports the mission of transforming healthcare delivery for the communities we serve.

From primary care to pediatrics to a full range of specialties, our goal is to provide high-quality, compassionate care for every patient, every time.

Work Schedule:
  • Work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional shared on-call responsibilities among the team.

Salary:
  • Enjoy an annual base pay between $280,000 and $320,000, depending on experience (DOE). Additionally, a full benefit package with paid malpractice insurance and a bonus.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient panel – Internal Medicine/Adult
  • Coordinates the multidisciplinary care delivered to their panel of patients, to optimize patient care
  • Reviews patient medical records to diagnose, treat, and provide care management and education to patients and families
  • Provides evidence-based and compassionate care to all patients as assigned to improve patient outcomes and increase patient satisfaction scores
  • Demonstrates patient centered and patient valued behavior
  • Maintains a collaborative environment with other referring physicians, residents, medical students, advanced practice professionals, staff, and support staff to provide quality patient care
  • Supports academic, educational and research endeavors
  • Supervises Advanced Practice Professionals
  • Attends Performance Improvement Programs and Peer Review committee meetings; and is an active participant in the process
  • Partners and communicates with acumen to build a positive brand and patient/customer experience for those who encounter JPS Health Network and Acclaim Multispecialty Group

Qualifications:
  • Must be comfortable working in a large public/county facility
  • Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge in area assigned, and competency in assessment techniques, diagnosis and treatment processes that apply to the assigned medical specialty area
  • Must have good interpersonal, verbal and oral communication skills to work effectively with other health care professionals and serve as a resource to the community
  • Must be able to demonstrate patient centered/patient valued behavior
  • Current Medical Doctor (M.D) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited school of medicine
  • Residency and/or Fellowship training in Internal Medicine
  • Board Certification or Board Eligible
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
