Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Occasional on-call responsibilities shared among the team

Salary:

  • $220,000 to $300,000 yearly

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough examinations, diagnoses, and treatment of patients across all age groups.

  • Perform initial history and physical examinations for outpatients.

  • Offer continuous outpatient care for assigned patients and assess the need for further interventions.

  • Prescribe medications within the defined scope of practice.

  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies such as x-rays, lab tests, and ECG.

  • Collect blood specimens for testing and conduct comparable lab procedures.

  • Initiate and facilitate requests for consultation, schedule special tests and studies.

  • Provide comprehensive education and counseling to patients and their families, covering preventive care, medical conditions, and prescribed treatments.

  • Execute all duties and services in full compliance with Joint Commission, Ryan White, and funding source standards.

  • Complete all Electronic Medical Record (EMR) required fields after each visit, including the e-signing of notes.

  • Demonstrate willingness to float to multiple sites as needed, with appropriate notice.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.

  • Hold a valid and unrestricted license in the state of practice.

  • Possess excellent clinical skills with a robust foundation in evidence-based medicine.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in medical decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

  • Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues.
