Your performance goes beyond as you coordinate discharge planning with case management, collaborate on initiatives to fine-tune cost-effectiveness and elevate patient care quality, and graciously accept patient referrals from fellow physicians.

SCHEDULE:
- Regular business hours with occasional on-call and weekend duties.
- Flexible scheduling options available to ensure work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Performing procedural care (abscess drainage, laceration repair with sutures, staples, and dermal adhesive, and foreign body removal)
- Assessment and treatment of acute injury
- Assessment and treatment of acute illness; including but not limited to anaphylaxis, procedural anxiolysis, respiratory distress, croup, and asthma care
- Providing preliminary interpretation of x-rays with official radiology over-reads
- Oversight of trainees and co-signing of APP's charts
- Manage a busy, fast-paced workflow
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree from an Accredited University.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System.
- DEA number is required.
- Knowledge of medical practices related to work-related illness and injuries.
- Knowledge of medical policies, regulations and procedures.
- Knowledge of medical equipment and instructions.
- Skills in developing and maintaining records, writing reports and responding to correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to critically think, multitask, and work as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills and experience with EMR (eCW experience preferred)
- Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience
SALARY:
- Highly competitive annual salary in the range of $300,000 to $400,000 per year, based on your extensive experience and outstanding qualifications.
