Full-time Family Practice Physician Needed

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall health promotion. Your ability to build strong patient relationships will be essential as you work to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions. Collaborating with a supportive healthcare team, you will ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care.

Salary:
  • $275,000 per year with health insurance
Flexible Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday or Monday - Thursday.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, routine check-ups, and management of chronic diseases.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and management strategies for chronic illnesses, fostering informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care, including referrals and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) for all patient interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs to promote health awareness, disease prevention, and overall wellness in the community.
Requirements:
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in New York state.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a combined specialty, ensuring adherence to professional standards and expertise in patient care. DOT certification preferred.
  • DEA number and NPI required.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a family practice or internal medicine setting
  • Experience in occupational health, workplace safety, or a related area preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
