Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $125.00 per hour

Estimated Annual Full-Time Compensation (including bonuses): $280,000 - $290,000.

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Shift Availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Available Hours/Shifts:

• Monday-Thursday: 9 AM - 7 PM
• Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM
• Sunday (rotational): 10 AM - 4 PM

Scope/Setting:

• Conduct new and follow-up primary care appointments (annual exams, colds, STDs, employer-related forms, clearances, etc.)
• Provide initial evaluations for specialty care (Cardiology, Neurology, Sleep Medicine, Pain Management, GI, etc.)
• Outpatient setting with no hospital follow-ups
• No on-call responsibilities

Setting/Logistics:

• EHR System: Athena Health (similar to EPIC)
• No psychiatric or pain medication management
• Support from pharmacy, records, and authorization staff
• Clinical staff will initiate patient engagement, including histories, problem and medication lists, and a review of systems and HPIs before provider consultations. All subjective elements, vitals, and routine tests will be handled by staff, allowing the physician to focus on examination and assessment.

• Pay: $125/hour (1099 contractor)

Education:

• Doctorate (Required)

Experience:

• Two years of Internal Medicine (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
• Russian (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• NYS Physician License (Preferred)
• Internal Medicine Board Certification (Preferred)
• Medicaid/Medicare number (Preferred)
• Healthfirst ID (Preferred)
• Active hospital privileges in NYC (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Must relocate to New York, NY 10003 before starting work (Required)
