Position Details:

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (flexible 4-5 day workweek with no regular weekend coverage).
  • Salary: $280,000 – $290,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and specialized medical care for adult patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies with clear instructions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion, and self-care practices.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Strong background in patient education and health coaching.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and medical documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
