Position Overview:

• Type: Full-time
  
• Salary: $130,000 to $150,000 annually, with a robust benefits package

Your Impact:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and craft personalized care plans that prioritize patient needs.
• Manage and treat both acute and chronic conditions, focusing on holistic care.
• Collaborate with a compassionate healthcare team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, empowering them to take charge of their health.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records using Athena EHR.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
