• Flexible Scheduling: Choose between full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time hours.

  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Optional Sunday rotations: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements:

• MD/DO Degree
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• NYS MD License
• Credentialed in Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Insurances (preferred)

Scope & Setting:

• Provide primary care services, including new patient visits and follow-ups (e.g., annual exams, cold treatment, STD care, employer-related forms, clearances).
• Deliver specialty care for initial evaluations in Cardiology, Neurology, Sleep Medicine, Pain Management, GI, and more.
• Outpatient setting with no hospital follow-ups and no on-call duties.

Setting/Logistics:

• EHR System: Athena Health (similar to EPIC)
• No Psych or Pain Medication Management
• Full support staff for pharmacy, records, and authorizations
• Clinical staff will handle patient engagement, including history-taking, vital signs, and routine tests. MD will focus on exams, assessment, and plan.

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: $300K per year or $125/hr (1099). Estimated Full-Time Annual (w/Bonus): $280,000–$300,000.
