As an Internist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of medical conditions in adults, focusing on both common and complex diseases, while also providing ongoing care and preventative measures.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $300,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

• Conduct thorough patient history and physical examinations
• Accurately diagnose and develop effective treatment plans for a variety of medical conditions
• Prescribe and administer medications, immunizations, and other non-surgical treatments
• Provide ongoing care and management for chronic conditions
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventative healthcare measures
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license in Maryland
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program
• Board certification in Internal Medicine preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Internal Medicine
• Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance accredited
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding research and analytical skills
