Location: Port St. Lucie, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Annual Compensation: $300,000 + benefits
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in Florida. In this role, you will deliver expert medical care in either an outpatient or hospital setting, diagnosing and managing a variety of acute and chronic conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care that promotes long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive medical evaluations, including physical examinations and diagnostic assessments.
  • Diagnose and manage complex acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and respiratory disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and recommending lifestyle modifications.
  • Oversee preventive care services, including routine screenings, vaccinations, and health counseling.
  • Collaborate with specialists, advanced practice providers, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory results, imaging studies, and EKGs, to guide clinical decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility standards.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida
  • DEA license and NPI number
  • Experience in outpatient, hospital, or primary care settings preferred
  • Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
