Location: Anaheim, California
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year + benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, addressing a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. The ideal candidate is a dedicated clinician passionate about delivering quality care and building long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients across the lifespan.

  • Manage acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory illnesses.

  • Provide preventive care services such as vaccinations, wellness exams, and routine screenings.

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, imaging, and EKGs).

  • Prescribe and manage medications, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

  • Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, preventive health practices, and chronic disease management.

  • Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.

  • Active and unrestricted California medical license.

  • DEA certification.

  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
