Location: Yakima, Washington
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year + benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of both acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician who is experienced in delivering high-quality personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough patient assessments, including physical exams and medical history reviews.
  • Diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.
  • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with medical advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in Washington.
  • DEA certification.
  • Proficiency in managing chronic diseases and complex medical conditions.
  • Excellent communication, diagnostic, and clinical skills.
  • Experience in outpatient settings is preferred.
