Compensation: $300,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Scheduling Available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct wellness exams, manage chronic conditions, and address complex medical needs
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, case managers, and specialists to develop and implement care plans
• Participate in population health initiatives and quality improvement projects
• Embrace a value-based care model focused on outcomes, prevention, and continuity
• Utilize a robust EMR system to enhance care coordination and efficiency

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for or holds an active Colorado medical license
• Strong clinical acumen with a focus on whole-person care
• Excellent communication and cultural competency skills
• Commitment to team-based care and continuous improvement
