Hiring! Full-time Internal Medicine Physician in California

Position: Adult Primary Care / Internal Medicine

Location: Garden Grove, California (Outpatient Setting)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $300,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Scheduling Available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing acute and chronic conditions in a diverse adult patient population
  • Conducting comprehensive physicals and preventive screenings
  • Coordinating diagnostic tests, lab work, and specialist referrals
  • Creating individualized care plans focused on long-term wellness
  • Utilizing integrated EHR to streamline patient care and team collaboration
  • Working alongside behavioral health, pharmacy, nursing, and care coordination teams
  • Participating in quality improvement projects, team huddles, and peer learning
  • Optional mentorship of residents or medical students, if interested

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine
  • Current California medical license (or in process)
  • Strong clinical acumen and a collaborative spirit
  • Compassionate communicator with cultural humility
  • Passion for serving diverse, underserved, or complex adult populations
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, Tagalog, etc.) a plus but not required
  • Interest in value-based care or team-based care models encouraged
