Job Title: Full-Time Internal Medicine Physician – Hospital-Affiliated Practice (Arizona)

Position: Adult Primary Care / Internal Medicine

Location: Tempe , Arizona

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $300,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Scheduling Available)

We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified Internal Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary hospital-based team in Arizona—where exceptional care meets an exceptional lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients across a spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Provide inpatient rounding and consultative services (hospitalist or hybrid model options available).
  • Develop and manage individualized care plans with a focus on preventive medicine and long-term wellness.
  • Collaborate with specialists, nurses, social workers, and case managers to deliver coordinated care.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies; adjust treatments based on clinical findings.
  • Document patient encounters comprehensively in our hospital’s Electronic Health Record (Epic preferred).
  • Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement programs, and peer education.
  • Contribute to the hospital's teaching programs, including mentoring residents or medical students (optional).

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Arizona (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
  • Current DEA registration and appropriate state prescribing authority
  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a hospital setting preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong clinical acumen, diagnostic judgment, and excellent communication skills
