Job Title: Full-Time Internal Medicine Physician – Full-Time | Outpatient
Position: Adult Primary Care / Internal Medicine
Location: Altoona , Pennsylvania
Compensation: $300,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Scheduling Available)

As an Internal Medicine Physician, you’ll serve as a primary care provider for adult and geriatric populations, emphasizing preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordinated team-based care. Depending on your interests, you can choose a purely outpatient model or a hybrid position with optional inpatient rounding or hospitalist shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care to adult patients.
- Diagnosing, treating, and managing complex chronic illnesses.
- Preventative screenings, wellness education, and patient engagement.
- Collaborating with specialists, care coordinators, and behavioral health teams.
- Participating in quality improvement, EMR documentation, and care model innovation.
- Optional: teaching opportunities, research involvement, or administrative leadership roles.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Active or eligible for a Pennsylvania medical license.
- A commitment to patient-centered care and health equity.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
