Our practice boasts a comprehensive range of nephrology services, including but not limited to chronic kidney disease management, hypertension evaluation and treatment, renal transplant evaluation and follow-up, dialysis management and optimization, glomerular diseases evaluation and treatment, electrolyte and acid-base disorders management, kidney stone prevention and treatment.

Our practice offers comprehensive nephrology services across a wide range of specialties. We are currently seeking an exceptional Nephrologist to join our team of physicians. You will work in a dynamic and progressive environment that prioritizes patient-centered care and advanced treatment options.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, approximately 40–45 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with flexibility to accommodate patient needs and occasional on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nephrology evaluations and examinations, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.
- Order and interpret appropriate laboratory tests, imaging studies, and kidney biopsies to diagnose and monitor kidney diseases.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and appropriate interventions.
- Manage chronic kidney disease progression and provide necessary interventions to slow or prevent further deterioration.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, urologists, and nephrology specialists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about kidney disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
- Participate in research activities, clinical trials, and quality improvement initiatives to advance the field of nephrology.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology.
- Active state medical license and ability to practice medicine in the desired location.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and treating kidney diseases, including chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and glomerular diseases.
- Proficiency in managing dialysis patients and renal transplantation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
