Neurologist Opportunity – Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule

Position Highlights

• Flexible Scheduling:
  • Full-Time: 40 hours/week
  • Part-Time: 24 hours/week
• Shift Options:
  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday (rotations): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Your Role:

• Conduct outpatient neurology sessions (no hospital rounds or on-call duties).
• Focus on patient evaluations, assessments, and care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supported by clinical staff handling routine charting, patient engagement, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Education: MD/DO Degree
• Licensure: Active New York State Medical License (required)
• Board Certification: Neurology (ABPN)
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Credentialing with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurers
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Russian
  • 2+ years of neurology experience

Clinical Environment

• EHR System: Athena Health (similar to EPIC)
• No pain or psychiatric medication management required
• Full administrative support, including pharmacy coordination, records management, and authorizations

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $200/hour (1099)
• Estimated Full-Time Annual Earnings: $400,000–$420,000 (including performance bonuses)
