Neurologist Opportunity – Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule

Position Highlights
- Flexible Scheduling:
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week
- Part-Time: 24 hours/week
- Shift Options:
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday (rotations): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Your Role:
- Conduct outpatient neurology sessions (no hospital rounds or on-call duties).
- Focus on patient evaluations, assessments, and care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supported by clinical staff handling routine charting, patient engagement, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Education: MD/DO Degree
- Licensure: Active New York State Medical License (required)
- Board Certification: Neurology (ABPN)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Credentialing with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurers
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Russian
- 2+ years of neurology experience
Clinical Environment
- EHR System: Athena Health (similar to EPIC)
- No pain or psychiatric medication management required
- Full administrative support, including pharmacy coordination, records management, and authorizations
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $200/hour (1099)
- Estimated Full-Time Annual Earnings: $400,000–$420,000 (including performance bonuses)
