Hiring! Full-time Internal Medicine Physician in California

Position: Internal Medicine Physician

Location: Palm Springs, California (Outpatient Setting)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $300,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Scheduling Available)

We are seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician to become part of our established healthcare team in California. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions, and promote overall patient wellness. This is an excellent opportunity to practice evidence-based medicine while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
  • Diagnose and treat chronic and acute illnesses, such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Prescribe medications and recommend lifestyle modifications and preventive care strategies.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust treatment plans based on findings.
  • Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in California.
  • DEA certification and valid NPI.
  • Proven experience in outpatient or hospital settings preferred.
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
