Hiring! Full-time Internal Medicine Physician in California
Position: Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Santa Monica, California (Outpatient Setting)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $300,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Scheduling Available)
We are seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician to become part of our established healthcare team in California. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions, and promote overall patient wellness. This is an excellent opportunity to practice evidence-based medicine while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
- Diagnose and treat chronic and acute illnesses, such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Prescribe medications and recommend lifestyle modifications and preventive care strategies.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust treatment plans based on findings.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in California.
- DEA certification and valid NPI.
- Proven experience in outpatient or hospital settings preferred.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
