Serendipity Maternity Care is looking for an experienced Full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the field of Ob/Gyn, be able to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions and be able to provide compassionate care to patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care for women, including preventive care, prenatal care, and gynecological services.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Perform routine physical examinations and provide preventive care.
- Diagnose and treat gynecological and obstetrical conditions.
- Perform minor surgical procedures.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
- Provide patient education on topics such as nutrition, exercise, contraception, and menopause.
- Order laboratory tests and interpret results.
- Monitor patients during labor and delivery.
- Provide postpartum care.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state.
- Proven experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology, with a minimum of 2-4 years of clinical practice.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of gynecological and obstetrical conditions.
- Skill in performing minor surgical procedures relevant to the specialty.
- Knowledge of evidence-based guidelines and best practices in women's healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Ability to educate and counsel patients on various health-related topics effectively.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other digital healthcare tools.
- Commitment to continuing medical education to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a busy patient caseload effectively.
- Dedication to providing quality healthcare services to women, including preventive care and prenatal care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient interactions, valuing cultural sensitivity and patient needs.
- Adherence to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and healthcare regulations in all aspects of practice.
