Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year

Location: Sterling, Virginia

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform outpatient orthopedic surgeries and procedures with precision and care
• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions including injuries, arthritis, and deformities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, nurses, and physician assistants
• Develop personalized treatment plans emphasizing patient education and recovery
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to regulatory and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon licensed to practice in Virginia
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
