Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Work a schedule of 3 days in office, 2 days in the surgical center
  • Occasional weekend shifts may be required on a rotational basis for emergency cases.


Salary:

$350k-500k per year base salary plus bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough patient assessments to determine the cause and extent of their pain.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, incorporating a multidisciplinary approach when necessary.
  • Administering various pain management techniques, such as medication management, interventional procedures, and alternative therapies.
  • Perform joint injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, lumar, cervical, thoracic epidurals, PRP injections, and stem cell injections, EMGs/NCVs are a plus.
  • Refer to physical therapy, conduct initial evals, work with mid-level providers (PAs & NPs) for follow ups
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, psychologists, and pharmacists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Monitoring and documenting patients' progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Providing patient education on pain management strategies, potential side effects of treatments, and self-care techniques.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in pain management research and incorporating evidence-based practices into your treatment approach.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and complying with all relevant medical and legal regulations.

Many of our patients have chronic lower back pain, knee pain, and Osteoarthritis.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor’s degree in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine (MD or DO)
  • Board certification in Pain Management or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
  • Can also be a Pain Management Fellowship Trained Anesthesiologist
  • Current and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state.
  • No recent malpractice history
  • Must have DEA#
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating patients with various pain conditions.
  • Strong knowledge of pain management techniques, including medication management, interventional procedures, and alternative therapies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex medical concepts to patients and their families.
  • Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and providing compassionate care.
  • Will have CRNA to assist in surgical center for Anesthesia
