Full-time Pain Management Doctor Needed at Comprehensive Pain and Rehabilitation Center in Concord, NH

We are looking for a Pain Management Doctor who will be responsible for providing inpatient and outpatient Pain Management for the Geriatrics and Extended Care Service of the Comprehensive Pain and Rehabilitation Center.

We are committed to serving our nation's veterans with the highest quality of care and respect they deserve. ou will be responsible for providing both inpatient and outpatient pain management services within the Geriatrics and Extended Care Service at our medical center.

You will utilize your expertise in interventional pain management techniques and foster a patient-centered approach to enhance the well-being of our veterans.

Schedule: ·
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
No weekend shifts required

Pay:

$350,000 to $500,000 (Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases)

Qualifications:
· Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
· Board certification in Pain Medicine or Anesthesiology with a subspecialty in Pain Management.
· Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
· Proficiency in interventional pain management techniques.
· Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• The incumbent will spend 1.0 FTE in duties providing Pain Management in the Geriatrics and Extended Care Service.
• Duties are to provide comprehensive pain management in an outpatient multidisciplinary interventional pain clinic which will include behavioral health and bio-psycho-social aspects of chronic pain management, and to perform core and specialized interventional pain management procedures under fluoroscopic guidance.
• The incumbent must also be an acceptable candidate for a faculty appointment with University of Louisville or qualify for such an appointment.
• The incumbent may be asked to participate in resident / fellow supervision.
• The incumbent meets the needs of customers while supporting the VA mission. The incumbent consistently communicates and treats customers (including, but not limited to Veterans, their representatives, trainees, individuals from affiliated academic institutions, visitors, and all VA staff) in a courteous, tactful and respectful manner.
• The incumbent handles conflicts and problems in dealing with customers constructively and appropriately.
