Full- time Pain Management Physician in Chicago IL for Flite line Pain Management Clinic

We are looking for a motivated Pain management Physician to join our medical group. We are looking for a physician who is interested in working with a dedicated team at our busy and growing medical practice, where we primarily focus on musculoskeletal complaints, treating joint, spine and arthritis pain

Your job duties as a pain management physician will be to develop a treatment plan to relieve, reduce, or manage pain and help patients return to everyday activities. Duties to include examining and diagnosing patients, ensuring compliance with medication through UDS and maintaining a detailed chart to document their medical histories, performing procedures associated with the diagnosis in office and in outpatient surgical centers. The patients’ health and comfort are our main priority.

Work Schedule:

  • From Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.,
  • Occasionally, team members share duties for being on call.

Salary:

$400K-$600K per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Patient Exams/evaluations (review pertinent medical history/records/imaging, physical exam, HPI)
  • Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
  • Order and review diagnostic labs, imaging, and DME
  • Patient education on diagnosis, care plan options, and therapies
  • Performing procedures in office and in an outpatient surgical center
  • Prescription management- ensuring compliance with medication
  • Collaboration with the other medical professionals for comprehensive care
  • Documentation- timely and accurate
  • Regular re-exam, patient reevaluations

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO Board Certified in Pain Management, PM&R, or Anesthesiology
  • Active DEA license
  • Active License to practice in the state
