Full- time Pain Management MD in Aurora IL for Nordic Pain Management Clinic

To join our spine and pain group, we are now seeking a Pain Management Specialist or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PMnR) trainee. You will be essential in identifying and managing patients with chronic pain issues. Together with our staff, you will design and carry out individualized therapy programs that will enhance patients' functional abilities and lessen their discomfort. Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
  • Schedule may include weekdays, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate patient needs.
  • The specific work schedule will be discussed during the interview process to ensure a mutually beneficial arrangement.

Salary:

  • $400K-$600K yearly

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of patients with chronic pain conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized pain management plans, including interventional procedures when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, nurses, and surgeons, to optimize patient care.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in pain management and maintain best practices in patient care.
  • Provide compassionate care, educate patients on pain management techniques, and address their concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree with board certification in Pain Medicine.
  • State of Illinois medical license and DEA registration.
  • Proven experience in performing interventional pain management procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
