Full-Time PM&R Physician (MD/DO) Opportunity at Oceanside Healthcare Solutions

Position Overview: We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician (MD/DO) to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Use imaging technologies such as MRI, CT, and X-ray for diagnostic purposes.
  • Document patient interactions and progress using electronic health records (EHR) systems like Epic.

Required Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree with board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
  • A proven track record of working in or commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment for faculty, staff, and students, as required by our partnership with VCU.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent clinical and academic credentials.
  • Experience in establishing and leading clinical initiatives.

Compensation:

  • $300,000–$400,000 annually, based on experience.
