Pain Management Physician – Collaborate with a Leading Team

We are seeking a dedicated, Full-Time Pain Management Physician to join our multidisciplinary team. You will work alongside gastroenterologists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care that addresses both pain management and gastrointestinal concerns.

Salary:

• $400,000 to $600,000 per year with full benefits

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Patient Volume:

• 20 patients per day (adult patients 18+)
• Will see 16-20 patients a day during office hours
• Perform 20-30 procedures weekly in the Surgical Center

Responsibilities:

• Assess pain levels, medical history, and psychosocial factors contributing to discomfort.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using both pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods.
• Conduct interventional procedures, such as nerve blocks and epidural injections.
• Prescribe and monitor pain medications for effective outcomes.
• Educate patients on pain management and self-care strategies.
• Work within a collaborative, patient-centered team.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Active New York State Medical License
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pain management
• DEA certification to prescribe controlled substances
• Strong communication skills and compassionate patient care
