Hiring Full-Time Pain Management Physician
Position: Pain Management Physician
Location: College Park, Maryland
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year + benefits
About the Role:
We are seeking a board-certified Pain Management Physician to join our growing practice in Maryland. In this role, you will provide comprehensive and multidisciplinary pain management services, helping patients reduce pain and improve their quality of life. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized, evidence-based treatments for acute and chronic pain conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pain conditions using pharmacological, interventional, and non-invasive techniques.
- Perform pain management procedures such as nerve blocks, epidural injections, and joint injections.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, psychologists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain thorough and accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Stay current with best practices and emerging pain management therapies.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), or Neurology.
- Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Proficiency in performing interventional pain procedures.
- Experience in multidisciplinary pain management settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in minimally invasive pain management techniques.
- Experience with opioid-sparing treatment strategies.
- Skilled in patient education and chronic pain counseling.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
