Position: Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Oak Park, Illinois
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year + benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a board-certified Pain Management Physician to join our outpatient clinic in Illinois. In this role, you will diagnose, treat, and manage chronic and acute pain conditions using a multidisciplinary approach. You will collaborate with a team of physicians, physical therapists, and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized and effective pain relief solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board certification in Pain Medicine or Anesthesiology with a subspecialty in Pain Management.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in Illinois.
  • Fellowship training in Pain Management preferred.
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in pain management or related field preferred (newly board-certified physicians are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in interventional pain procedures, including injections, blocks, and minimally invasive treatments.
  • Strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation

Qualifications:

  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • License: Valid and unrestricted New York State medical license
  • Certification: Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine or Anesthesiology, Neurology, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) with a subspecialty in Pain Medicine
  • Experience: Previous experience in pain management or interventional pain procedures preferred
  • Credentialed in Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial Insurances
  • Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
