Hiring Full-Time Pain Management Physician

Position: Pain Management Physician
Location: Issaquah, Washington
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year + benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a board-certified Pain Management Physician to join our outpatient clinic in Texas. In this role, you will diagnose, treat, and manage chronic and acute pain conditions using a multidisciplinary approach. You will collaborate with a team of physicians, physical therapists, and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized pain relief solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and pain evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized pain management plans, including interventional procedures, medications, and therapy referrals.
  • Administer injections, nerve blocks, and other minimally invasive pain procedures.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, specialists, and mental health professionals to provide multidisciplinary care.
  • Educate patients on pain management strategies, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and response.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Stay current with emerging pain management techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board certification in Pain Medicine or Anesthesiology with a subspecialty in Pain Management.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in Texas.
  • Fellowship training in Pain Management is preferred.
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in pain management or related field preferred (newly board-certified physicians are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in interventional pain procedures, including injections, nerve blocks, and minimally invasive treatments.
  • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation
