Location: Clearwater, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year + benefits
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Pain Management Physician to join our multidisciplinary team inv Florida. As a Pain Management Physician, you will work closely with patients to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic pain conditions. You will utilize both non-invasive and interventional treatments, offering a holistic approach to pain relief. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated physician who is committed to improving patient outcomes and ensuring long-term relief for those struggling with pain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose patients suffering from acute and chronic pain
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including both pharmacological and interventional pain management strategies
- Perform interventional procedures such as nerve blocks, spinal injections, and other minimally invasive techniques
- Collaborate with physical therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients on pain management techniques, including physical therapy, lifestyle changes, and self-care practices
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health records (EHR)
- Adhere to healthcare regulations, policies, and best practice standards
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Florida
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, or related field
- Fellowship training in Pain Management or a related subspecialty (preferred)
- Experience in performing interventional pain management procedures
- Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex pain cases
- Excellent communication skills and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team
- BLS/ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
