Pain Management Physician – Transform Lives in a Leading California Practice
Location: Santa Rosa, California | Specialty: Pain Management | Employment Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM- 5 PM

We are currently recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pain Management Physician to join a thriving multidisciplinary team dedicated to restoring function, reducing pain, and improving the quality of life for patients across California.

Compensation: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits
Job Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, including musculoskeletal, neuropathic, and cancer-related pain
- Develop individualized treatment plans integrating interventional, pharmacological, rehabilitative, and behavioral therapies
- Utilize EMR systems (e.g., Epic) for accurate, timely, and compliant charting
- Ensure all diagnostic and procedural notes meet CMS and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality reporting (MACRA/MIPS) and outcome tracking as part of value-based care models
- Participate in research, teaching, or mentoring medical students, residents, or fellows (depending on practice setting)
- Help shape protocols, clinical pathways, and new service lines
- Contribute to program development and community outreach initiatives
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or Neurology, with fellowship training in Pain Medicine
- Active or eligible for California medical license
- Skilled in interventional pain procedures (fluoroscopy and/or ultrasound-guided)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Experience with multi-modal pain management preferred
